Mattress Guarantee
The mattress comes with a 10-year guarantee and a 20-year warranty. The 10-year guarantee covers any faults in the mattress, provided a mattress protector has been used. If the mattress is exposed to any liquid, the guarantee becomes void. Please note that fabrics and quilting are excluded from this guarantee. After the 10-year guarantee period, a lifetime service warranty begins, during which we will repair or replace the mattress at minimal costs for the remaining 20 years. Therapy Tools does not offer money-back guarantees for any of its products. The guarantee and warranty are subject to a minimum cost of R800.00 for delivery and pickup within Gauteng (this may change). Therapy Tools will not accept returns of soiled, stained, abused, or unsanitary mattresses for hygiene reasons and will not cover any transport costs related to guarantee claims. If the mattress is placed on an unsuitable base, Therapy Tools is not responsible for repairs or replacements. Therapy Tools manufactures compatible bases for the mattresses, so please consult with your Therapy Tools representative if using an alternate base.
For the 10-year guarantee, the minimum cost for mattress pickup and redelivery within Gauteng is R800.00 (this may change). This fee is non-negotiable, and Therapy Tools must handle the collection to inspect the mattress on-site and assess the base it is placed on. Therapy Tools will provide you with a quote for approval, and full payment is required before collection. If any guarantee claim arises, you must provide Therapy Tools with the invoice and send photos of the mattress before the claim can be reviewed.
Mattress Warranty
For any warranty claims, you will need to furnish Therapy Tools with the invoice (failure to provide an invoice will void the guarantees and warranties) and photos of the mattress before the claim is assessed. Therapy Tools will send a quote for approval, and full payment is required prior to collection.
60-Day Comfort Guarantee
After the mattress has arrived, the client must use it for a minimum of 14 days, as the foam cells need to expand. After this period, if the client wishes for the mattress to be adjusted to a softer or firmer feel, Therapy Tools will retrieve the mattress in the morning, return it to our factory, and alter it according to the client’s request. The first Comfort Guarantee claim is complimentary; subsequent claims will incur a fee of R1200 (this amount is subject to change).
Base Guarantee and Warranty
The base is covered by a 1-year guarantee and a 2-year warranty. The 1-year guarantee can be claimed for any faults in the purchased products. If the base comes into contact with liquid or is misused, the guarantee is void. Fabrics and quilting are not included in this guarantee. The 2-year service warranty begins after the 1-year guarantee period, during which we will either repair or replace at minimal costs. Therapy Tools will not accept returns of soiled, stained, abused, or unsanitary bases for hygiene reasons and will not be liable for any transport costs related to guarantee claims. If the base is placed on an uneven floor, we are not responsible for repairs or replacements. Once the bed has been delivered and the delivery note signed, we assume the bed is in good condition, and Therapy Tools is not liable for any damage incurred during transportation once it has been signed for.
